Working By Referral, that’s how my business grows! I provide the best service possible to my family and friends. They in turn refer me to their family and friends.

The beauty of it is that I get to work with good people who refer me to the good people that they know. The “like attracts like” principal is in full operation. I thank you all…you are why I love my job !

He liased with lenders & went above & beyond the call of duty
“Paddo Ansbro is a truly exemplary broker. We were buying our first home and he was invaluable in helping us through the often-complicated path of contracts, inspections and paperwork. He liased with lenders and went above and beyond the call of duty in representing us through some unexpected late negotiations. We literally would not have our home if not for all his hard work. Whether you are a first home buyer or otherwise, you will not regret engaging Paddo’s services. We wholeheartedly recommend his services and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future.” – Amy & Scott, Portland, OR

We always felt like a priority client
“Paddo (Padraic) was patient and understanding as we determined a balance between our means and our dreams for our first home. Over the course of a year of our own indecisiveness, Paddo spent countless hours showing us homes, writing offers, and providing us with an education on the do’s and don’ts of real estate. Every step of the way he was in-the-know and enthusiastic and helpful. In the end, we found the right home at the right price, and Paddo brought the deal to a quick and satisfying close. We always felt like a priority client, and we could not be happier with the quality of his services. You want an agent invested in your success and happiness; you will find this with Paddo Ansbro.” – Rob & Genoa

His charismatic personality and exceptional organizational and people skills made working with him a real pleasure. No-nonsense approach…we were able to sell our house in 60 days
“After working with another agent who promised us big returns on our house and not selling it over 8 months we changed real estate agents and brought Paddo in. We were going through a divorce and we had to sell the house quickly. Paddo gave us a no-nonsense approach in which we were able to sell our house in 60 days. On top of that he worked with each of us individually and professionally which helped us during a difficult time in our life. Selling the house was one of the least stressful things that we were going through because of the hard work that Paddo performed. I would strongly encourage anyone who needs someone who will tell it to you straight, who is ethical, and who will work hard for you, call Paddo.” – Wade W.

The calming voice of wisdom & patience
“Eight years in an apartment can make you crazy. And desperate. Desperately crazy. My husband and I know this only too well.

Living in an apartment was cool for a while. We moved to Oregon from Louisiana in a series of events that are ultimately irrelevant (but REALLY funny, oh you should’ve been there). I’d had enough of Louisiana, you see. This “having enough of” trait is an important one. It’s usually followed by a sort of mad blur to get away from whatever I’ve had enough of. File this fact away, we’ll be revisiting it again shortly.

The apartment was a stop-gap, we knew. After all, we wanted a house! Who doesn’t want a house? And after about three months in the apartment, we wanted a house pretty darned badly. But we hadn’t quite had ENOUGH of it yet, and by default my husband and I don’t enter into anything major quickly. Some people may call that “procrastination”. I prefer … well I don’t know what word works best. I’ll pick one later.

In those eight apartment-enclosed years, we were patient. Saint-like, you might say. We survived a crotchety old man below us who would bang on his ceiling whenever we so much as moved during the TV show JAG. We made it through not one, not two, not three but FOUR over-loud wall-sharing neighbors, one of whom tried to burn down the complex. Seriously, fire trucks were there and everything. So you know it means something when I say that of the four they were my favourites. The property changed hands three times while we were there. The OWNERS moved more than we did.

Every year, my husband and I would have the same conversation about houses. Every year, we came to the same conclusion – we want to do this, but let’s wait until we save just a little bit more, wait until the market comes down a little bit more, wait until we’re ready just a little bit more.

Until the day I had enough.

I think the tipping point was having to listen to Horrible Neighbors #4 play P.o.d.’s “Youth of a Nation” in booming crystal clarity about sixteen times in the span of three hours. The music was so loud they couldn’t even hear us pounding on their door. Then when we went to Management Company #3, the person on duty told us that she was going home for the day and didn’t feel like dealing with it.

Yeah. That was enough.

Within a week, we had balls rolling. It was during this time that I was trying to find someone who could help us. If it wasn’t clear from the above, buying a house wasn’t exactly something either of us were experts in. Buying a house in The Sims? That I could do with confidence. I had my suspicions that this would be a little more complicated. From the list of people I had to potentially work with, Paddo was by far the most approachable, the most friendly … the most ENTHUSIASTIC.

That, for me, was the deal-breaker. It was clear from our first communication that Paddo loved what he did and he couldn’t wait to do it for us too. It wasn’t just about moving property and closing a deal. Paddo wanted to know about US. What did we want? What were our long-term goals and needs?

By the time we arranged for our first tour of houses, our desperate “we’ve had enough”ness was also coupling with the heady rush of potential home ownership. So the first house we came to that didn’t result in an immediate “no” became, in our minds, an immediate “yes”. That’s when Paddo pulled us aside and proved to me, beyond a shadow of a doubt, why I was so glad that he agreed to work with us. Knowing that it might lead to us walking away, he shared his breadth of knowledge and years of experience with things that we hadn’t thought of. WOULDN’T have thought of.

Paddo was the calming voice of wisdom and patience that we sometimes needed so desperately. He was the confident voice of optimism when we needed that too. And when we finally found “the one”, he didn’t delay. We had our offer in a few hours later and, with his guidance and suggestions, it was accepted less than 24 hours later. We closed in just under a month.

But what remains with me still was Paddo’s dedication to not just finding us a house, but finding us a home. As for us, we got a home AND a friend. Pretty good deal in my book.

Apartment living can make you crazy. I look forward to getting all my crazy from yard work from now on.

Thanks, Paddo.” – Michael & Nikki, Aloha, OR
